[Description]
”A deep green with blue undertones, like sea pine (codium) swaying in the deep ocean depths.” This ink from the Sailor Shikiori Collection draws inspiration from such a scene.
Miruai (海松藍) means ”sea pine blue”; but actually this ink carries a deep green hue with a subtle blue undertone, reminiscent of verdant marine plants swaying in the deep blue ocean, conveying a sense of tranquility and profound depth.
Water-based dye ink, suitable for all fountain pens. 20ml bottle.
This color is also available in convenient cartridge form.

What is Shikiori?
Shiki-ori (四季織) means ”four seasons weaving”. It is one of Sailor’s most iconic collections. The changing seasons are both a daily reality and an eternal source of inspiration for art and poetry. Sailor embraces these seasonal themes, creating colors inspired by traditional Japanese natural landscapes and literary imagery, bringing these wonderfully varied hues into our writing lives.
The complete ink collection currently includes five series: 16 colors of Izayoi no Yume (十六夜の夢, ”Dreams of Sixteen Nights”), 4 colors of Tsukiyo no Minamo (月夜の水面, ”Water’s Surface Under Moonlight”), 4 colors of Amaoto (雨音, ”Sound of Rain”), 4 colors of Otogibanashi (おとぎばなし, ”Fairy Tales”); and 4 colors of Sansui (山水, ”Natural Landscape”).
