This sticky note is part of Furukawa Shiko’s new Chocolog series, created to make everyday planning and journaling feel a little easier and more casual with its small, cute designs.

This Event design is handy for keeping track of specific plans, outings, and little events. The simple layout is divided into sections for place, date and time, spending, a check box, and a memo area. It works especially well for jotting down things like a visit to an interesting café, a museum trip, a show, or a shopping day.

There is also a tab at the top right. When the sticky note is placed along the top edge of a page, the tab can work as a page marker, making it easier to find and flip back to the page later.
