Espen Tveit

For Samtidsarkeologi (Contemporay Archeology) Norwegian photographer Espen Tveit wanted to make contemporary photos like “seen from the future”.
“What is he photographing? Where? Even what planet? There is an alien quality as if these ‘sculptures’ have dropped from the sky. There is the wonder of somebody who has seen something for the first time – mesmerised by ther curious design and isolation in the barren landscape. He has turned these abandoned vernacular objects into something like spaceships or NASA detritus through the photograpic act.” / Susan Bright
