[Description]
The Hobonichi Pencil Board is designed to fit the Hobonichi Techo A5 Cousin, as well as A5-size HON, Day-Free, and 5-Year Techo books. The fairy-tale-like design by illustrator Yumi Kitagishi features a group of animals enjoying a cheerful tea party in the garden beneath a flower-covered arch, with plenty of heartwarming details waiting to be discovered.
Placed underneath the page you are writing on, the pencil board provides a firmer surface, helps prevent ballpoint pens from slipping, and makes writing feel smoother and more comfortable.
It is also a useful accessory for those who write with heavier pressure, helping reduce indentations on the pages underneath. If you keep thicker items in the cover pockets and find that they make the writing surface uneven, the pencil board can also help create a more stable surface.
One side has millimeter markings along the edge so it can also serve as a simple ruler, while a “Today” tab in the corner lets it double as a bookmark for quickly finding your current page.
